Community Portal

TougherThan operates within the Justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility space. You may see the acronym for this space referred to as DEIA, JEDI, EDI or other combinations thereof. These differences are because the space is constantly evolving with different approaches and lenses.

We offer a variety of services that are about meeting you and/or your organisation where you are at. Inclusion is a iterative journey, there’s no finite checklist or end goal. TougherThan offers you support as you learn to navigate this space whether on your personal or organisational journey.

Tougherthan logo symbol. This symbol looks like a greater than symbol, an arrow pointing to the right, and is created using connected triangles fitted together in shades of grey. Dissecting this is a yellow vertical line through the centre and another across the top of the greater than symbol to visually form a letter “T”. Next to this T and in the point of the arrow is another greater than symbol, in yellow.

Counselling &
mental health

Mental health is health, this is your day-to-day experience and you deserve open conversation, shared-vulnerability and support. Psychological safety within all spaces, especially diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA), is essential.

Mental health is part of being human, learning to engage with your mental health takes ongoing practise and support. “Everything is mentionable and from there manageable.” Ness Murby is a mental health practitioner and counsellor. He offers private telehealth (online) sessions. For further information please contact Ness via his private counselling practise website
